Throughout the course, you’ll learn how nutrition impacts overall health, body composition, energy levels, and performance, as well as how it plays a role in managing and preventing conditions like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, and more. We take a broad-to-specific approach—starting with the big picture of how the body uses nutrients, then narrowing down into practical strategies, tips, and “how-to” applications that you can realistically implement in your daily life. The goal is to equip you with knowledge and tools that are flexible, practical, and easy to apply, so you can make informed choices with confidence.
This class is ideal for anyone looking to build a solid foundation in nutrition—whether you’re just getting started, working toward specific health or fitness goals, or simply wanting to better understand how food affects your body.
