Together, we will practice actionable exercises to manage each area, showing how uplifting one dimension naturally enhances the others. Guided by a multi-certified wellness coach, you will gain practical tools for long-term health in a welcoming, interactive space that meets you exactly where you are.

There are 6-Dimensions of Deep Health that have been identified:
Physical
Mental
Emotional
Existential/Spiritual
Environmental
Relational/Social
Each of these dimensions will be explored demonstrating the interconnectivity between all 6-dimensions. This approach to deep health holistically bring an awareness to the whole being. You can join an individual class, or explore this topic as a 6 part class series.
You will learn methods and exercises to manage each dimension and begin to witness how uplifting one dimension impacts the others for your benefit to long-term health and wellness.
I hold numerous coaching certifications through well known, reputable governing entities in Ayurveda, Change Psychology, Nutrition, Sleep, Stress Management & Recovery (SSR), and Yoga.
These classes are meant to be highly interactive between all participants. If you choose to just listen and learn, that is perfectly fine. Respectful questions, thoughts and opinions are welcome. I honor and meet each individual where they are at in their life stage.
Meet Your Instructor, Bonnie:
Hello. My name is Bonnie Bradford. I am a California native now living in North Carolina. The biggest blessing in my life is being the mother to two extraordinary daughter, Kayla and Audrey (both in college now). I have a diverse background, getting my college degree in Advertising/Marketing, and then in 2011, making a huge pivot into the health and wellness industry.
In my corporate career, I was always working to please others. In my personal life, my focus was on the health and wellbeing of my daughters. At some point along the way, I lost the focus on myself. This was the impetus to my shift to learn how to make my health and wellbeing a priority. I've always loved to learn, in fact, I consider myself a student of life. This led to my first yoga certification in 2012, and I have continued to advance my craft to support myself as a student, so that I can turn around and support others as a teacher, instructor, and coach. Yoga was the beginning, and I am now a certified Chopra Ayurveda Lifestyle Coach, Nutritionist, Sleep, Stress Management and Recovery (SSR), and Change Psychology Coach.
As a holistic health and wellness coach, I believe I can help others create their own life transformation and take a step forward into their journey of long-term health and wellbeing. My passion is my purpose, and my purpose is my passion.
